Requirements
- Are 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bring a positive, team-first mindset
- Are goal-oriented and not afraid of a little friendly competition (hello, bonuses!)
- Can lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly (you’ll get stronger, fast 💪)
- Have a smartphone and can use a few apps without breaking a sweat
Responsibilities
- Start your shift at our East Brunswick office with a crew of like-minded teammates
- Hit the road in our signature blue trucks to remove unwanted items for local customers
- Deliver friendly, respectful service that keeps people smiling
- Use your communication and sales skills to upsell services and earn bonuses
- Sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal—being green is part of our mission
- Gain leadership skills as you grow into team lead roles
