About The Position
This position is responsible for doing drilling and roof bolting for a mine in the aggregate manufacturing industry. This is a direct hire, union role that must be performed on-site.
Requirements
- Ability to operate and maintain roof bolting equipment to ensure measurements are accurate
- Heavy ability to follow safety standards
- Must be willing and able to work in an underground mine
- Experience monitoring drilling and bolting progress
- Ability to operate and maintain drilling and roof bolting machinery
- Experience operating scaling/bolting equipment safely and efficiently
