Requirements
- Prior experience operating drilling equipment (construction or utility industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Clear communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physically fit and able to handle equipment and tasks in outdoor environments
- Commitment to excellence, precision, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Operate advanced drilling machinery safely and efficiently on various construction sites
- Conduct pre-operational inspections and monitor equipment performance
- Interpret and follow drilling plans and site layouts
- Record detailed data on drill progress and depth
