About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part Time Dressing Room Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, and accurately handles customer transactions. The associate will also promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Responsibilities include store recovery, maintaining cleanliness and organization, providing and accepting feedback, adhering to labor laws and policies, and supporting shrink reduction goals. Safety awareness and maintenance of a safe environment are also key aspects of this role. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
