About The Position

Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing is seeking a Drains & Plumbing Manager to oversee the company’s plumbing activities to include supervision of Plumbers, Drain Technicians, Camera Technicians, and all other people involved in our world-class drains and plumbing team. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s monthly plumbing budget through proper planning and management of all calls ran by your team.

Responsibilities

Set goals and achieve them effectively & consistently
Review calls daily and track KPIs
Identify plumbing sales trends and adjust as needed
Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the plumbing team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved
Prepare and lead effective weekly meetings
Manage the plumbing team under a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Recruit, hire and train new and current plumbers
Manage open estimates with our Inside Sales Representatives
Track and analyze plumbing statistics based on key performance indicators
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Work closely with vendors to ensure that we have the needed product now and, in the future, to achieve our goals without any loss of production
Review all work performed to make sure it meets company standards
