Drainage Engineers and Designers
About The Position
AECOM is seeking Drainage Engineers and Designers at all levels to join their growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates will work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects. Key roles include Junior, Mid-level, and Senior level Drainage Engineers, and Drainage CAD Designers. Requirements
- CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
- Experience in large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects
- Experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads
- Technical expertise in highway drainage design including, but not limited to: Storm Drain Design, Cross Culvert Analysis and Design, Hydrology, Ditch Design, Bridge Deck Drainage, Temporary Drainage, Stormwater Quantity Control
Nice To Haves
- EIT Certification or PE License
- State DOT experience
Responsibilities
- Work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects.
- Perform highway drainage design including Storm Drain Design, Cross Culvert Analysis and Design, Hydrology, Ditch Design, Bridge Deck Drainage, Temporary Drainage, and Stormwater Quantity Control.
