About The Position

AECOM is seeking Drainage Engineers and Designers at all levels to join their growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects. The roles include Junior, Mid-level, and Senior Drainage Engineers, as well as Drainage CAD Designers. The company is looking for individuals with experience in large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects and proficiency with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads. Technical expertise in highway drainage design is also desired, encompassing areas such as Storm Drain Design, Cross Culvert Analysis and Design, Hydrology, Ditch Design, Bridge Deck Drainage, Temporary Drainage, and Stormwater Quantity Control.

Requirements

CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
Experience in large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects
Experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads

Nice To Haves

EIT Certification or PE License
State DOT experience

Responsibilities

Work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects.
Perform highway drainage design including, but not limited to: Storm Drain Design, Cross Culvert Analysis and Design, Hydrology, Ditch Design, Bridge Deck Drainage, Temporary Drainage, Stormwater Quantity Control.
