About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Drain Technician to join our growing commercial service team. In this role, you’ll diagnose and resolve drain issues, perform minor plumbing repairs, and provide exceptional service to commercial customers throughout the region. Requirements

3+ years of plumbing or drain service experience.
Experience troubleshooting commercial drain systems.
Ability to operate drain cleaning and diagnostic equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and written instructions.
Basic plumbing hand tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required.

Nice To Haves

State plumbing apprenticeship completion is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and clear drain blockages in commercial facilities.
Operate drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, jetters, and other specialized tools.
Perform minor plumbing repairs as needed.
Communicate findings and recommended solutions with customers.
Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
Collaborate with dispatch and the service team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
