The Role Work closely with Sales Plumbers on service calls, diagnosing and clearing drainage issues using professional tools. No dead-end job—this is a career path.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors, in crawl spaces, and attics
• Must lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Problem-solver with attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• 1–3+ years drain/sewer experience preferred
• Sewer camera inspection experience preferred
• Plumbing apprentices or service plumbers also considered
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Serve as the calm, reassuring presence customers see during stressful situations and know how to ease their concerns
• Diagnose drain issues with inspection tools
• Clean drains using augers, jetters, and specialty equipment
• Conduct sewer camera inspections and preliminary diagnosing
• Collect payment from customers
• Maintain drain machines and truck inventory
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and Sales Plumber
