Requirements
- At least 1 year of plumbing or drain cleaning experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Valid California Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Hydro jetting experience
- Camera inspection experience
- Knowledge of trenchless repair methods
Responsibilities
- Clear drain and line blockages using professional equipment (cable machines, hydro jetters)
- Run camera inspections to diagnose issues and find the root cause
- Recommend the right solutions to fix the problem the first time
- Explain issues in a way customers understand
- Build trust and deliver top-tier service
- Turn service calls into long-term customer relationships
- Identify repair and upgrade opportunities
- Contribute to team revenue goals
