About The Position

As a Drain Technician at Seaside Plumbing, you will be responsible for performing drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work on residential service calls. This role involves operating sewer camera equipment to diagnose main line issues, identifying repair or replacement opportunities through inspections, and clearly explaining issues and solutions to homeowners. You will build trust and help customers make informed decisions, work closely with dispatch and customer service for smooth execution, and maintain clean, organized equipment and a well-stocked truck. Additionally, you will train and mentor apprentices on proper drain and diagnostic work and complete accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets. This is a high-performance service environment where communication, problem-solving, and ownership are paramount. If you don’t like talking to customers, explaining problems, or taking ownership of results, this is not the place for you.
