In this role, you won't just be clearing clogs-you'll be the expert diagnosing complex drainage issues and providing long-term solutions for our residential and commercial clients.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in drain cleaning or service plumbing.
High proficiency with drain cables, hydro-jetting and sewer camera operations.
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners in simple terms.
Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday on-call schedule for emergency services.
Candidates must reside within 25 miles of our office at 541 N. Twin Oaks Valley Rd., San Marcos , CA 92069.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and resolving complex drainage issues using advanced technology.
Operate power machinery including heavy-duty drain snakes, high-pressure hydro-jetters, and pipe locators.
Perform video sewer inspections and provide customers with clear explanations of findings.
Execute small-scale plumbing repairs related to drainage systems (traps, valves, pipe sections, etc.).
Provide upfront, transparent pricing and repair options to customers before work begins.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully-stocked company vehicle.
