Drain Service Technician
About The Position
Roto-Rooter is seeking a Drain Service Technician to troubleshoot and provide solutions to residential and commercial sewer and drain problems. This role involves clearing blockages on plumbing systems and cleaning drains and sewers using company-provided equipment. Technicians will also be responsible for documenting estimates and invoices using both written methods and a company-provided smartphone. Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider, operating numerous branches and franchise locations across the U.S. and Canada.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license.
- Effective communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills are desirable.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is not necessary.
- Good fit for those with building maintenance, construction, lawn care, pest control experience, or with previous experience working at Ben Franklin, Hero Plumbing, TruGreen, Orkin or similar work backgrounds.
