Requirements

Familiarity with basic plumbing principles (preferred, can be taught).
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Eagerness to learn communication techniques and assist in promoting plumbing services in conjunction with a supervisor.
Friendly and customer-oriented approach with a desire to provide exceptional service.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required for travel to customer locations.
Authorization to conduct a criminal background check.
Consent to a drug screening test.

Responsibilities

Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and resolving common drain-related issues in residential and commercial settings.
Learn and perform basic repairs and installations.
Assess customer plumbing needs and provide information about available services.
Collaborate with experienced technicians and service team members to identify potential repair and replacement opportunities and provide permanent solutions to plumbing problems.
Actively listen to customer needs, gather information, and assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, services provided, and work completed.
Assist in generating reports on daily activities, customer feedback, and job progress to support business growth strategies.
Take part in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance plumbing knowledge and skills.
Stay updated on plumbing industry trends, technologies, and products.
