Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • At least two years of professional driving experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
  • Basic computer, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a planned daily service route while independently managing each service call from arrival through completion.
  • Perform professional drain cleaning, cable work, hydro jetting, and sewer camera inspections for residential and commercial customers.
  • Diagnose drain and sewer issues using specialized equipment and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Explain findings and recommendations so customers understand both the problem and the proposed solution.
  • Identify repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance opportunities through our Technician Recommendation Program.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond to emergency service calls when needed.
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in safe working condition.
  • Work closely with dispatch to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations.
