About The Position

Anthracite Coal Company in Northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Dragline Oiler. This position offers an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth, with the potential to advance to a Dragline Operator role. This position may require working first shift, second shift, or rotating swing shifts, depending on operational needs. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed for this position. Working alongside experienced operators, you will gain valuable experience while learning the responsibilities of operating some of the largest pieces of mining equipment in the industry. Requirements

• Able to communicate and work with all levels of management
• Able to work independently
• Reliable means of transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive Attitude

Nice To Haves

• MSHA certification
• Mechanical background
• Mining, construction, or other heavy equipment background

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable experience while learning the responsibilities of operating some of the largest pieces of mining equipment in the industry.
