About The Position
Will produce construction designs, plans, specifications, as-builts, and associated documents in order to assist in the construction, maintenance and integration of hospital facilities. This position will utilize the CAFM (Computer Application Facility Management) program using Healthcare standards.
Requirements
- AA/AS Degree in Architectural/Construction/Engineering or related field or 4 years progressive responsibility in commercial construction
- one year experience must be in using AutoCAD Version 11 or higher
- Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver'
Nice To Haves
- IBM-Tririga software or comparable CAFM software
- Healthcare and BIM experience preferred
