About The Position

Creator Match is seeking a Draft Reviewer to provide first-line internal quality control for creator content. The role reviews submissions against approved campaign briefs, brand guidelines, contractual deliverables, and relevant disclosure requirements, assessing content for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and quality before it proceeds through the approval process. The Draft Reviewer identifies required changes, compliance concerns, brand-safety risks, and workflow issues, then documents findings and provides actionable internal feedback. The role works closely with Creator Marketing Managers, Creator Associates, Creator Coordinators, and, when needed, Account Managers. It supports efficient revisions and consistent standards but does not own creator strategy, commercial decisions, client relationships, or creator negotiations; the Creator Marketing Manager remains accountable for creator-side content decisions and escalations. The position also contributes to review checklists, quality benchmarks, compliance documentation, training, process improvements, campaign retrospectives, and broader Creator Marketing projects. Creator Match describes its environment as lean and fast-moving; campaign needs may occasionally require extended hours and evening or weekend responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Ability to review creator content against campaign briefs, brand guidelines, deliverables, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Ability to assess content accuracy, completeness, clarity, and quality across short-form video, long-form video, social posts, and newsletters.
  • Ability to identify missing deliverables, incorrect brand references, unsupported or misleading claims, disclosure issues, and potential brand-safety concerns.
  • Ability to provide clear, specific, actionable internal feedback and distinguish required changes from optional recommendations.
  • Ability to document review findings and maintain accurate records of content-review decisions.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teammates and communicate review delays, risks, and recurring issues proactively.
  • Ability to adapt quickly as priorities change in a lean, fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to accommodate occasional extended hours and evening or weekend responsiveness when campaign demands require it.
  • Ownership, proactive communication, problem-solving, accountability, and care for high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Review creator content drafts against approved campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Confirm required messaging, product information, deliverables, and campaign elements are present.
  • Assess content for messaging clarity, accuracy, completeness, and overall quality across short-form video, long-form video, social posts, and newsletters.
  • Identify missing deliverables, incorrect brand references, unsupported or potentially misleading claims, incorrect disclosures, and other content that does not meet campaign requirements.
  • Build and maintain campaign-specific content review checklists based on final approved briefs.
  • Complete initial internal draft reviews accurately and within established turnaround expectations, and document findings clearly.
  • Check drafts for applicable FTC disclosure requirements and campaign-specific compliance standards.
  • Identify potential brand-safety, reputational, legal, or platform-related concerns; escalate sensitive or high-risk content to the Creator Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure identified compliance issues are addressed before content proceeds to the next approval stage.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving creator-marketing disclosure and platform requirements; track recurring compliance concerns and recommend improvements.
  • Provide specific, actionable internal feedback, distinguishing required changes from optional quality recommendations.
  • Request clarification when review instructions are vague, contradictory, or incomplete.
  • Coordinate with Creator Associates so approved feedback is communicated accurately to creators; review revised submissions when assigned.
  • Identify repeated content issues, excessive revision rounds, persistent quality concerns, and opportunities to reduce avoidable revisions; escalate persistent concerns to the Creator Marketing Manager.
  • Monitor assigned draft review queues and outstanding reviews, coordinate with Creator Coordinators on draft intake and routing, and support handoffs through submission, internal review, creator revisions, and approval.
  • Document review findings, compliance concerns, required changes, and review decisions; track recurring quality issues and creators who repeatedly submit incomplete or low-quality drafts.
  • Flag review bottlenecks that may affect campaign deadlines and communicate delays, quality risks, and recurring problems proactively.
  • Identify recurring weaknesses in creator submissions and recommend improvements to briefs, creator guidance, review standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
  • Share observations about content quality, messaging, formats, and creator execution; contribute relevant observations to campaign retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Creator Marketing Managers on content standards and escalations; partner with Creator Associates on feedback; coordinate with Creator Coordinators on drafts and revisions; and support Account Managers when brand expectations need clarification.
  • Improve internal review workflows, quality-control processes, and compliance documentation; support content quality training and standardized review practices.
  • Contribute to broader Creator Marketing projects and business needs as assigned.
