About The Position

You will oversee operational readiness, recovery testing, and remediation plans, and serve as the primary leadership authority during major incidents, critical recovery events, and high-pressure situations. By partnering closely with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams, you will champion automation, modernize existing capabilities, and steer transformation initiatives that enhance our customer's cyber resilience posture. Moreover, your impact extends beyond day-to-day operational execution. As a Delivery Manager, you will be entrusted with customer governance and the financial stewardship of multi-million-dollar contractual commitments. You will establish and direct executive governance forums, manage budgets and resource forecasts, protect recurring revenue streams, and ensure contractual commitments, service levels, and regulatory requirements are consistently met or exceeded. Requirements

  • Strong experience leading large-scale infrastructure or managed-services delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Direct Disaster Recovery and resiliency experience, including DR planning, testing, recovery execution, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Data Protection, Backup & Recovery, storage, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity operations, security controls, risk management, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and executive-level governance.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience managing financial performance, budgets, resource planning, and service-delivery commitments.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/service management disciplines, including incident, problem, change, and service-level management.
  • Ability to lead geographically distributed, cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively during major incidents and high-pressure recovery situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a large healthcare or highly regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and governance for Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery, and Cybersecurity Services.
  • Lead the Disaster Recovery and resiliency program, including operational readiness, DR planning, testing/exercises, recovery capabilities, remediation, and executive governance.
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery and ensure performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, security requirements, compliance obligations, and customer expectations.
  • Establish strong governance with customer leadership, including executive reviews, service performance, risks, issues, priorities, and improvement plans.
  • Serve as the primary leadership point of contact for major incidents, escalations, service risks, and critical recovery events.
  • Lead cross-functional technical and delivery teams across storage, backup, recovery, infrastructure, security, resiliency, and related service areas.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans, utilization, and overall financial performance.
  • Identify operational and delivery risks and ensure appropriate mitigation, ownership, and executive visibility.
  • Drive continuous service improvement, including problem management, process improvement, automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives that improve resilience, recoverability, cybersecurity posture, and service quality.
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, operations, security, and customer teams to introduce new capabilities and modernize existing services.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and new service capabilities that improve customer outcomes and business value.
  • Develop strong relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on resiliency, recovery, and service-delivery strategy.
