About The Position

The DPV - Retail Merchandiser is responsible for executing in-store merchandising activities to maximize product visibility, availability, and sales across assigned accounts. This role ensures strong in-store execution, maintains product standards, and supports overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations within assigned territory
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service preferred
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or direct store delivery is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs

Responsibilities

• Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail locations
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, properly rotated, and organized
• Implement planograms and maintain compliance with company merchandising standards
• Set up and maintain promotional displays and point-of-sale (POS) materials
• Monitor and report out-of-stock items, pricing discrepancies, and in-store conditions
• Maintain accurate reporting of store visits and activities (e.g., photos, tasks completed)
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with store personnel
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and safety guidelines
