We are seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join our Civil Division asap. This position plays a key role in the success of our earthworks and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, reliable, and skilled in operating dozers in a variety of civil construction environments.

Requirements

• Experience as a dozer operator in civil construction required.
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5).
• Strong understanding of grades, slopes, and earthmoving techniques.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in civil construction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and shift rotations as required.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset).

Responsibilities

• Operate dozer equipment to move, level, and grade earth, rock, and other materials on civil construction sites.
• Follow site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications with precision.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, reporting any maintenance needs or issues.
• Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
