Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Downstream Planning Leader is responsible for leading production planning and downstream operations to optimize service, inventory, and plant performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
• 5+ years of experience in production planning within manufacturing
• Experience with ERP and planning systems

Nice To Haves

• APICS Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and balance demand with capacity
• Drive Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and scheduling execution
• Coordinate material flow from suppliers through production to customers
• Ensure consistency in planning parameters and inventory policies
• Identify and implement process improvements
