About The Position

The Downstream Planning Leader leads production planning and downstream operations for Schneider Electric’s Secure Power Business, Modular Data Center Division, at its Goodyear, Arizona facility. Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, this role optimizes service, inventory, and plant performance in support of mission-critical operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems.
• Strong expertise in production planning and scheduling.
• Analytical and resource optimization capabilities.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• APICS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and balance demand with capacity.
• Drive Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and scheduling execution.
• Coordinate material flow from suppliers through production to customers.
• Ensure consistency in planning parameters and inventory policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate across operations, logistics, and planning.
