Requirements
- 3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry
- Previous forklift experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional production teams and provide coverage to various lines or processes
- Communicate and reinforce organizational or departmental initiatives
- Organize and execute rework
- Assist the supervisor with daily shift summaries and reports
- Train new team members on line operation
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Safely operate a forklift to keep assigned work area supplied
- Audit line staff's paperwork to ensure paperwork is filled out accurately
