About The Position

Cyberhill Partners is an enterprise AI and technology solutions firm helping U.S. government agencies solve complex mission challenges across artificial intelligence, data, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital modernization. Our Public Sector team works across Federal, Defense, and Intelligence Community customers to connect innovative technology with real-world mission requirements. We are looking for a motivated Growth Representative to help expand Cyberhill's presence across the Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC). This role is ideal for someone who understands the DoW and IC environment, enjoys building relationships, and can connect customer mission needs with Cyberhill's technology and services capabilities. Working closely with Cyberhill's VP of Public Sector and broader Public Sector team, this individual will develop relationships with prospective customers, identify and qualify opportunities, support capture activities, and help move opportunities through the federal acquisition lifecycle. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who wants to build relationships, create opportunities, and directly contribute to Cyberhill's continued expansion within the Public Sector.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in federal business development, growth, account management, capture, customer engagement, or a related role.
  • Experience working with or supporting Department of War and/or Intelligence Community customers.
  • Understanding of the federal acquisition and procurement lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with government and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and developing federal business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate their value in the context of customer mission requirements.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales/growth, technical, operational, and leadership teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to travel throughout the National Capital Region and to customer locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Active security clearance.
  • Existing relationships within DoW and/or Intelligence Community organizations.
  • Experience supporting AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise software, digital modernization, or professional services solutions.
  • Familiarity with federal contract vehicles, IDIQs, task orders, OTAs, and other acquisition mechanisms.
  • Experience supporting capture activities, RFIs, RFPs, proposals, or teaming efforts.
  • Experience working for a government contractor, technology company, systems integrator, or federal consulting organization.
  • Military, Intelligence Community, or federal civilian experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospective customers across targeted DoW and Intelligence Community accounts.
  • Develop an understanding of customer missions, priorities, challenges, and upcoming requirements.
  • Identify opportunities where Cyberhill's AI, data, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology capabilities can support customer mission needs.
  • Conduct regular customer outreach and participate in meetings, capability briefings, demonstrations, industry events, and partner engagements.
  • Develop new relationships while leveraging existing industry and government networks to expand Cyberhill's presence within targeted accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within DoW and IC accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities.
  • Conduct research on target agencies, programs, acquisition plans, contract vehicles, and upcoming requirements.
  • Engage customers early in the acquisition lifecycle to better understand mission requirements and potential solution needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity, pipeline, opportunity, and forecast information within Cyberhill's CRM.
  • Collaborate with Public Sector leadership to prioritize accounts and opportunities based on Cyberhill's growth strategy.
  • Support opportunities throughout the business development and capture lifecycle, from initial identification through proposal and award.
  • Work with Cyberhill's technical teams, solution architects, partners, and Public Sector leadership to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Support the development of capability briefings, white papers, RFIs, proposals, demonstrations, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Identify potential teaming and industry partners for targeted opportunities.
  • Gather customer, competitive, and market intelligence to help inform Cyberhill's pursuit strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with the broader Public Sector team to ensure customer engagement, messaging, and opportunity strategy remain aligned.
