About The Position

Pinkbox Doughnuts isn’t your old-school bakery — we’re the bold, colorful, made-from-scratch doughnut headquarters serving up 70+ Insta-worthy flavors daily, including icons like Pinky & Pooh. Our signature coffee menu is always rotating too, because we like to keep things fresh, fun, and never boring. Requirements

• Prior pastry experience required
• Must have a County Food Handler’s Card (or required regional work cards)
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

Responsibilities

• Follow product recipes and decorating requirements
• Inspect all products and remove any misshapen or imperfect doughnuts
• Properly apply fillings, icings, and toppings
• Follow portion controls and par levels
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictions
• Maintain awareness of inventory
• Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to support the shop
