About The Position

We’re hiring a Prep Cook / Dough Maker to support our scratch kitchen operations. This dual-role is perfect for someone with experience in dough preparation and kitchen prep who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in crafting the flavorful foundation of our pizzas — the dough — and prepping fresh ingredients that make our pies unforgettable.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience (pizza or bakery background preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of dough-making techniques
  • Ability to follow recipes with precision
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Able to work under pressure during peak hours
  • Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality pizza dough following established recipes and fermentation practices
  • Execute daily prep work (mixing, measuring, chopping, assembling ingredients)
  • Monitor dough texture, fermentation timing, and consistency
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Properly store, label, and rotate inventory
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
