About The Position

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing packing line employees, ensuring efficient production flow, proper packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting overall team performance. This role adds value by performing duties including but not limited to managing staffing levels, assigning workstations, training new employees, monitoring employee performance, providing coaching, recognizing strong performance, ensuring team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies, maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment, and maintaining compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards, and performing other assigned duties. This is a full-time permanent role on 3rd shift, which operates from 11:30 pm to 7:00 am Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (word, excel, power point)

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred
