About The Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Dotnet Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will play a key part in architecting and implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions, designing custom integrations, and developing REST APIs and microservices. Collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams will be crucial to define integration strategies and ensure solutions meet high standards for performance, security, scalability, and reliability. You will also conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor junior team members, as well as support production deployments and troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
  • Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) concepts and implementation.
  • Strong experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience in custom enterprise integrations across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Experience working with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, IBM Integration Bus, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core/.NET 6+, C#).
  • Architect and implement Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions using messaging and streaming platforms.
  • Design and develop custom integrations between internal and external applications.
  • Leverage integration platforms and tools to build scalable and reusable integration solutions.
  • Develop REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define integration strategies.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor junior team members.
  • Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
