About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for a dual-role position combining DOT driving and maintenance mechanic work. The role involves repairing and maintaining specialized flooring equipment and safely transporting materials and equipment to job sites. When not driving, the employee performs mechanical repairs and warehouse duties. The position calls for a self-starter with a strong work ethic, professional integrity, and willingness to travel. Pay is $24 or more per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
• Prior experience with small engines and electrical systems.
• Valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for electronic repairs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform mechanical and electronic repairs on small engines and specialized flooring equipment, including scrubbers, grinders, and burnishers.
• Operate medium-duty trucks and 16-foot flatbeds to transport equipment and materials, towing trailers as needed.
• Assist with receiving, purchasing, warehousing, and distributing materials.
• Load and unload trucks manually and using powered industrial equipment.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate work orders and follow up on results.
