About The Position

Join our team as DOT Driver! Love meeting new people and exploring the city? As our DOT Van Driver (CDL required!), you'll chauffeur guests to hot spots, lend a hand with luggage, and keep our wheels sparkling clean. Use your sharp navigation skills to master multiple pick-ups and drop-offs—no two days are ever the same! If you’re ready to make every ride fun and friendly, hop on board!

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CDL for state
Qualified to drive 8+ passenger van
At least 1 year driving experience
Clean MVR
Clear communication, quick decision-making, and composure under pressure

Nice To Haves

Hotel or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, escort them to rooms, handle luggage with care, open doors, and provide helpful info, maps, and directions for local attractions.
Ensure arrivals and departures are smooth, deliver messages and packages promptly, and always have a smile ready.
Maintain a sharp, professional appearance in the proper uniform, uphold Aimbridge Hospitality standards in every interaction, and keep regular attendance as needed for hotel operations.
Contribute to a clean, welcoming lobby and entrance, and update the reader board with the latest info.
Drive the van safely on scheduled runs, keep the vehicle sparkling inside and out, load and unload luggage efficiently, and make sure every trip is a pleasure for guests.
Show off rooms and amenities when needed and ensure all guest requests are met with a helpful attitude.
Assist guest services by answering the console, storing luggage, helping with room changes, and jumping in for other duties as needed to keep hotel life running smoothly.
