Dosimetrist – Radiation Oncology ProHealth Care | Pewaukee, WI | Full-Time 0.9FTE 36 hours Monday–Friday Looking for a rewarding career where your expertise makes a real impact on patient lives? As a dosimetrist, you’ll play a vital role in the fight against cancer, using advanced radiation treatment planning to help ensure precise, effective, and safe care for our patients.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) certification within 18 months of hire
- Strong skills in radiation therapy planning systems, dose calculations, and quality assurance
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- ARRT certification in radiation therapy (RTT)
- Two or more years of experience in medical dosimetry
- new graduates with Eclipse training welcome
Responsibilities
- Design and calculate customized radiation treatment plans to deliver safe and effective therapy
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to optimize patient care
- Perform dose calculations and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and safety
- Assist in brachytherapy procedures and provide technical expertise in radiation safety
- Guide and educate radiation therapists on treatment plan implementation
