This position is ONLY available to current L&I employees. The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I), Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized professional to join our Performance Management & Innovation Program. This role is an opportunity to lead complex, division-wide initiatives, connect programs to build collaborative workstreams, modernize how work gets done, and turn DOSH's strategic vision into measurable results. As a Management Analyst 4, you will serve as a senior analytical and project leadership resource supporting DOSH leadership and the DOSH Steering Committee. You will work across the division to turn strategic priorities into action. This means bringing together subject-matter experts from different DOSH programs, identifying where their work intersects, building coordinated workstreams, establishing clear goals and milestones, and keeping initiatives moving toward completion. You will have the opportunity to influence how DOSH plans, prioritizes, implements, evaluates, and sustains important work. Your work will help DOSH become more connected, efficient, transparent, and innovative, ultimately strengthening our ability to Keep Washington Safe and Working. This position can be offered with a flexible schedule (4/10’s, 9/80’s, 5/8’s etc.) once fully trained and approved by management. This position is full-time teleworking with the possibility of an occasional in-office presence needed for meetings, etc. The assigned L&I office is Tumwater, WA.
