About The Position

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, also known as Service Valets, to maintain cleanliness and comfort in apartment communities. This role involves collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the on-site compactor. The position requires the use of a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer. It offers consistent evening hours, typically 10-15+ hours per week from Sunday to Thursday, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking a second job or supplemental income in their local area. Requirements

• Your own personal open-bed pickup truck (or vehicle with trailer)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• At least 18 years old
• Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps
• Take collected items to the on-site compactor using a personal pickup truck
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during the shift, all within the same local area
• Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift
• Use a mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed
