Requirements

• Own personal open-bed pickup truck (or vehicle with a trailer).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance.
• At least 18 years old.
• Smartphone with a data plan to use the work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps.
• Take collected items to the designated on-site compactor using a personal pickup truck.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during the shift, all within the same local area.
• Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during the shift.
• Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
