About The Position

SafeStreets USA, an ADT Authorized Provider, is seeking a confident and motivated sales professional to join their home security sales team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves speaking directly with homeowners, identifying their security needs, explaining ADT alarm and smart-home solutions, and closing new accounts. The position offers a significant earning potential with weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses, with most established representatives earning $150,000 or more annually.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is required
• Door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred
• Home security or alarm sales experience is a major bonus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching homeowners
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Able to handle rejection and remain positive
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be dependable and professional

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners door-to-door within assigned neighborhoods
• Build rapport and identify each customer’s home security needs
• Clearly explain ADT alarm systems, monitoring services, and available packages
• Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close accounts
• Represent our company and the ADT name professionally and respectfully
• Meet individual and team sales goals
