About The Position

We are seeking a hungry, results-driven and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to expand our residential and commercial customer base. As the founding member of our door-to-door sales team, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a team that shares your hunger and drive. This role requires excellent communication, persistence, and the ability to establish rapport quickly. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic sales environment. Compensation is a mix of salary, commission & performance bonus ~ $80,000 to $120,000 per year.

Requirements

  • Proven experience consistently meeting and exceeding door-to-door sales targets
  • At least 3 years experience working in selling home services - pest control / roofing / home security / lawn care / solar / fiber internet.
  • Hunger & Desire: To beat goals and earn 6 figures per year.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasion: Strong ability to influence and negotiate with prospects.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilience: Persistence and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, maintain detailed records, and meet sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in varying environments and adapt to customer needs.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean background check
  • Willingness to travel within designated territories.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Visit residential and commercial areas to introduce company products or services.
  • Identify potential leads and engage prospects in one-on-one interactions.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
  • Explain benefits, answer questions, and overcome objections during sales conversations.
  • Secure orders and finalize sales agreements on-site.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and long-term relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales calls, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols during door-to-door visits.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
