About The Position

Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking experienced Direct Sales Representatives to join their elite field sales team in Northern Virginia's booming market. The company has experienced significant growth and is looking for individuals with an ACE mentality: Accountability, Communication, and Excellence. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will manage your territory, convert opportunities, conduct roof inspections, close deals on-site, and build a pipeline of leads through canvassing and follow-ups. The goal is to generate substantial income, maintain high accuracy in documentation, deliver exceptional customer service, and build a sustainable book of business.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet
• Availability Monday–Friday (11 AM to dusk) with high-earning weekends
• Determination, grit, and a willingness to learn
