About The Position

GoNetspeed is seeking a motivated and independent Outside Sales Representative to join their rapidly expanding team. This field-based role involves direct customer interaction in local neighborhoods, promoting and selling fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV services. The position offers uncapped commission, a base salary, and significant earning potential, with comprehensive training provided. Ideal candidates are self-driven, enjoy working outdoors, and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week
• A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally
• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)

Nice To Haves

• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory
• Confident face to face communication
• Professional, ethical customer interactions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed
