About The Position

GoNetspeed is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their rapidly expanding team. This field-based role involves direct customer interaction in local neighborhoods, promoting and selling fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV services. The position offers the opportunity to work independently, outdoors, and control your income through an uncapped commission structure, with typical earnings ranging from $70,000 to $125,000+ annually. GoNetspeed provides paid training, a base salary, mileage allowance, career growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week
• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally
• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)

• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory
• Confident face to face communication
• Professional, ethical customer interactions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed
