We are looking for a confident, self-motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser to connect with homeowners, start conversations, and generate qualified leads for our team. The right person has previous door-to-door or canvassing experience, enjoys interacting with people, and knows how to turn a brief conversation into an opportunity. Experience in the water treatment industry is not required—we’ll teach you our products and services. You bring the experience, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

• Previous door-to-door or canvassing experience is required
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented person who takes ownership of their results
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with and serving people
• Dependability and unwavering reliability - we need someone our team can count on
• A positive attitude and energy that carries into every homeowner interaction
• A desire to continually improve and pursue excellence in both effort and results

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation
• Introduce homeowners to our products and services and communicate their value
• Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Work toward established lead, appointment, and performance goals
• Maintain regular communication and accountability with your manager
• Be receptive to coaching, feedback, and continued development to improve performance
