About The Position
As the first face most customers will encounter at Kemo Sabe, it is imperative that you be friendly, outgoing, and thick-skinned. You must be comfortable thinking on your feet, following instructions, and staying calm in a hectic environment. Must be able to control guest flow in a welcoming and respectful manner.
Requirements

- Must be able to control guest flow in a welcoming and respectful manner.
- Must be able to stand for hours at a time, walk, bend, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Manage rope and guest flow in and out of front door
- Mop and sweep front walkway upon arrival
- Bus glassware inside and outside of the store
- Following instructions of Manager On Duty
- Assisting with trash removal throughout and at end of shift
- Assisting with event setup
- Learning the locations of key items that customers may request within the store (e.g. hat boxes, hat sponges, etc.)
- Arriving in time to be presentable and ready to work at scheduled shift start time
- Understanding and following our entry policies for VIP Black Card Holders
- Checking IDs at the door
- Serving non-alcoholic drinks to guests waiting outside
- Involving a manager when dealing with a difficult customer
- Escorting guests out at the MOD's request
- Maintain a clean and tidy front walkway
