About The Position
The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Door Greeter who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. Work authorization for the location is required. In captivating Beverly Hills with Rodeo Drive boutiques glittering at the doorstep, this legendary Los Angeles landmark buzzes with renewed vitality. Requirements
- Work authorization for the location is required.
- As the first welcoming face of the Hotel, this individual is cordial and professional, able to make quick rapport with guests and residents.
- Quick to answer guest inquiries and provide knowledgeable resource of the surrounding area as well as the Hotel.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality and professionalism.
- Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence best practices.
- Ensure timely and quality-driven completion of service request.
- Greets owners and guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them.
- Assists them exiting from cars.
- Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests.
- Gives verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot.
- Unloads items from car, tags it and issues claim tickets when appropriate.
- Assists to deliver items to the unit.
- Assures the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing cars and directs valet parkers to park cars.
- Ensures the drive is a one-way only, does not permit unauthorized vehicles to pull into the entrance drive way.
- Provides directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
- Hails taxis as needed.
- Resolves owner complaints, assists in all inquiries in connection with services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, etc.
