About The Position

This part-time position requires 25-30 hours a week, with open availability and the ability to work weekends. The role involves providing friendly customer service at the store entrance and exit, maintaining cleanliness of the entrance area, monitoring for potential theft, and assisting retail staff with customer inquiries.
Requirements

- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Take appropriate action without having to be told
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly interaction with customers as they enter the store and thank them for shopping as they exit the store.
- Keep the entrance area clear of loose carts and hand baskets.
- Be observant for any potential acts of theft and promptly notify the security team if suspicious activity is observed.
- Work with the retail staff to get customer questions answered.
