About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel New York is seeking a Door Attendant with a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. The Door Attendant is responsible for making the first impression of the guest a welcoming one. This individual will be handling guest luggage, assisting guests with taxis/limousines/cars, and providing various information to guests and pedestrians. Additionally, this person will ensure the smooth flow of traffic in their designated areas. This position responsibilities may include, making necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transport guest and hotel packages and parcels.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a related position
• Solid knowledge of the location
• Good communication skills
• Ability to evidence professionalism and adaptability
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Comfortable with withstanding all weather conditions
• Availability to work mornings, evenings and overnights

Responsibilities
