About The Position

We are hiring for Door Assembly to support the safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly of cabinet doors. This hands-on role involves assembling components using standard tools, clamps, and equipment while meeting established safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to safety and proper use of required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes).
• Keen attention to detail and quality, with the ability to spot imperfections and make corrections.
• Solid understanding of wood materials and machining principles.
• Dependability, teamwork, and pride in producing top-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Read and understand work orders, drawings, and production paperwork
• Assemble door components using standard processes, tools, and equipment
• Perform gluing, clamping, and assembly using decorative and rotary clamps
• Assemble mortise, mitre, panel, mullion, decorative, and specialty doors
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, alignment, and quality
• Adjust clamp pressure and assembly methods based on product requirements
• Maintain steady product flow to the next workstation
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized
