About The Position

The Door Assembly position works in the Wood Dale warehouse. Daily responsibilities include the preparation of wood and metal doors to meet customers' specifications, and other duties as assigned. Further tasks may include any job necessary to complete the workflow. There is daily communication required with other employees, supervisors, and managers. The individual is expected to exhibit the core values of the company - to be accountable, relationship driven, solutions focused, and striving for excellence.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Familiarity with industry safety regulations (OSHA requirements)
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivated work ethic without the need for direct supervision
• Must be dependable and responsible
• Carpentry experience (experience using nail guns, power saws, and hammers)

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience
