Requirements

Ability to work overnight shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with rotating 3-4 shifts per week, including every other weekend.
Comfortable speaking with individuals experiencing grief or loss.
Adaptability and sound judgment to handle rapidly changing situations.
Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Speaking with donor families and guiding them through important conversations with compassion and professionalism.
Reviewing medical information and documentation to determine donor eligibility.
Coordinating activities among hospitals, funeral homes, medical examiners, and recovery teams.
Gathering and organizing time-sensitive information while maintaining accuracy.
Making thoughtful decisions based on established guidelines.
