About The Position

LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for an individual to join our team as a Donor Scheduling Team Leader in Gainesville, FL. This position is responsible for a team of callers, as well as district targets and results. The Donor Scheduling Team Leader will track team/department statistics, update promotional boards, and work with regions to confirm time slots.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must be comfortable using a computer and phones.
Ability to organize and manage time effectively
Ability to read and follow instructions, as well as organize and record data
Interact professionally with all customers, both internal and external
Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
Ability understanding people well and use that understanding effectively in motivating and persuading others

Nice To Haves

One year of call center and/or sales experience

Responsibilities

Call donors to schedule donation appointments
Coach and mentor Donor Scheduling Representatives.
Assist Donor Scheduling Supervisor(s) in the monitoring, evaluation, and training of Donor Scheduling Representatives.
Effectively communicate with donor center staff and management to ensure promotional boards and center appointments are met.
Answer donor questions and address donor concerns
Inform donors about blood drives in the area and center promotions
Assist in achieving departmental collection goals
