About The Position

The Donor Relations Specialist is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors to secure financial support for the organization. This role involves engaging with potential and existing donors, understanding their philanthropic interests, and communicating the impact of their contributions. The specialist will play a key role in donor stewardship, ensuring donors feel valued and informed about their giving.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Philanthropy, Business).
Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

Responsibilities
